Our client is a modern, globally expanding, medium-sized production and trading company with headquarter in the Cologne area (Germany). For the international sales team we are looking for an Account Manager / Sales Executive (m/f/x) for the Spanish-speaking markets in Europe and Latin America.
We are looking for you as a motivated person who can quickly familiarize yourself with the interesting product portfolio (chemical application products) and further develop the existing business in the relevant countries. The business is usually B2B. The end customers are a wide variety of users with a wide variety of application requirements. In the individual countries you will usually find very good existing contacts and sales structures, with significant increases in sales being possible through strategic action and personal commitment.
Your job is primarily to observe and assess the markets and customer structures. On this basis, you take the right measures. Please keep existing customers happy. You recognize and use opportunities. You acquire new customers (usually via sales partners, distributors and wholesalers), expand the networks in the countries, initiate advertising measures, organize trade fair appearances, visit companies, find out what customer needs exist (also for new products) and discuss them with the headquarter and the development department in Germany. You create targeted sales and marketing campaigns, implement them and you will benefit from the sales success.
